Forms have been ordered from the IRS, and there are a limited number that are provided to libraries for distribution. Please call before visiting to make sure the forms you need are available.
Federal
Federal IRS forms, schedules and instructions may be obtained online at IRS.gov/Forms or by mail by calling 800-829-3676.
IRS Free File: File your federal taxes online for free (if you qualify).
State (Virginia)
State forms and instructions may be obtained online at tax.virginia.gov or by mail by calling 804-367-8031 for individuals or 804-367-8037 for businesses.
